Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client
You may cancel or reschedule a personal 1-on-1 life coaching or healing session with at least 48 hours’ notice. All cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any personal 1-on-1 life coaching or healing session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or emergencies. You will receive a reschedule option.

Repeated Missed Appointments
Three or more missed or last-minute canceled sessions may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

Refund Policy

All Online Courses and life coaching programs are Non-Refundable. Please note that all digital Courses and coaching fees for life coaching and healing programs including the personalised 1-on-1 coaching, group coaching programs and workshops, are non-refundable.
